Simplified administrative procedure for entrepreneurs and mitigation of burdens on municipalities are among the operating objectives of the “SUD SEZ” (Sportello Unico Digitale SEZ) One-Stop Shop.
The “SUD SEZ” desk telematic platform is fully operational and is the single point of access and initiation of Single Authorization procedures pursuant to and in accordance with Articles 14 and 15 of Decree-Law 124/2023.
The Desk operates solely in digital mode, allowing administrations to access and consult via the web the practices of competence and the related documentation and the possibility of telematically sending to the desk any responses or opinions according to the operating procedures already communicated.
The territorially competent SUAPs will, therefore, be able to directly direct users to the SUD SEZ Digital Desk for the submission of Single Authorization applications, without resorting to other communication channels.
Therefore, the prerequisite set out in Article 13 paragraph 3 of the decree, which provided - "pending the full operation of the “S.U.D. SEZ" - the forwarding by the territorially competent SUAPs of any applications for Single Authorization to the one-stop shops, activated at the extraordinary commissioners, is no longer necessary.”
