Institutional Engagement and Information
The Mission Structure is holding institutional meetings with business representative organisations and national councils of professionals who provide consultancy services to businesses. These meetings aim to present the actions and operational criteria and to establish a collaborative relationship.
The website and FAQs are regularly updated to provide answers to the most frequently asked general questions.
However, the Mission Structure does not provide consultancy services to entrepreneurs on specific matters, nor to professionals offering services to businesses.
Regarding applications for the Single Authorisation, communication with businesses takes place exclusively through the S.U.D. ZES digital one-stop shop, which ensures transparency and traceability.
Individual officials of the Mission Structure are therefore not authorised to provide detailed information on the progress or characteristics of individual applications outside of formal and official communications.
Please note that the Single Authorisation process is complex and involves the opinions of various independent public authorities.
Lastly, the Mission Structure is not authorised to provide information or clarification regarding the tax credit, as this is an automatic incentive managed by the Italian Revenue Agency, which provides the relevant instructions.
Business Plan for Investment Projects
Applications for investment projects subject to Single Authorisation must be accompanied by a business plan that clearly outlines the characteristics of the proposed projects and their expected employment impact.
There is no predefined business plan template; it may be drafted according to the specific features of each project.
A model summarising the minimum required content is available here.
How can I check the status of applications submitted via the S.U.D. ZES digital one-stop shop?
You can monitor the status of your application by accessing the "Impresa in un giorno" portal and navigating to the "Access Services" section.
Click on “Go to Desk” to access your MyPage, your personal area where you can view the list of all submitted applications.
Select the application of interest and scroll to the bottom of the detailed view to find the “Application Process (Events)” section, which is updated with relevant events as they occur.
